I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really cool and quiet, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, but there was a strong chlorine smell after cleaning. The service was a bit inconsistent with some staff being very helpful and friendly while others showed a pattern of disrespect. The location was great near the central station and accessible to everything by foot, but the evening noise from trams, traffic, and boat parties was a downside. The dining options were limited and could use some improvement. Overall, a decent place with room for enhancement.
